Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with all included parts and accessories. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@magicgummybloc.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items (where applicable)

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the product you'd like.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
